Returns & Exchanges

BO&NIC wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, please follow the below policy for an exchange or refund.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return or exchange items purchased on BOANDNIC.com within 30 days of delivery date.  All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition with the tags attached.  Refunds will be issued in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction.  After 30 days from the date of delivery, no refund of any kind will be issued.  

We can only accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased through BOANDNIC.com. Merchandise purchased at retail stores must be returned to the store in which they were purchased.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

You may request a return by looking up your order below.  Select the item you wish to return and complete the online form.  You will receive an e-mail within 2 business days containing a return authorization number (RA #).  Please print this e-mail to include in your return box.  The RA# must be printed on the outside of the return box.

Returns and exchanges must be mailed to the address indicated on the return authorization e-mail.  

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible.  BO&NIC does not provide free returns.  We recommend shipping returned merchandise via an insured mailing service and retaining the tracking number for your reference. Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the shipment.  BO&NIC will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.

 



REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.  If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.  You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.  The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.  

Shipping fees charged for the original order will not be refunded.

Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.


PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If you have purchased items that are now on sale, a price adjustment will be offered if the original date of shipment was within 14 days of the sale offering.  Items that are not purchased at full price are not eligible for price adjustments.  Please contact customer service to request a price adjustment.
